Nanoparticle has diameter of 1nm~100nm and lies in the transitional field between macroscopical particle and molecule. It has four basic peculiar effects-Surface effects, size effects, quantum size effects and the effect of macro-quantum tunnel, which lead polymer to a series of excellent physical and chemical properties different from that of microcosmic particles.LDHs is a new type of nanoparticle, Its special chemical composition makes it absorb HC1, and its special laminated structure could be inserted in the organic anion to modify its interlamellar behaviour. When used in the polymer PVC, it can play a role in preventing PVC thermal decomposition.We make LDHs our main object of the thesis, from theoretical and experimental study of its thermal stability of PVC impact, and the use of method of calcinations rehydration of LDHs conducted inserted layer organisms, and with calcium stearate, zinc stearate etc. metal soap for re-allocation, through orthogonal experimental design methods to produce PVC thermal stability and processing of good performance and gain the best formulation and processing technics with excellent dispersing. The study plays an important role and significance both on environmental and economic benefits.
