| The paper studied and analyzed the structure, performance and the product development etc., with the aid of the computer method. Firstly, demonstrated the relationship between the structure and the performance of chlorinated polyethylene, mainly studied the influence of degree of chlorination because of chlorine content on the glass transition temperature, forecasted the glass transition temperature by means of the traditional groups contribution method and computer performance simulation softwarerespectively, and compared with the experiment value, meanwhile, made comparison and discussion on the relationship between the crystalline shape and physical and mechanical properties of different chlorinated polyethylene (CM) because of chlorine content; then described the application of artificial neural network (ANN) and genetic algorithm (GA) in the rubber compound design, select BP (Back Propagation, BP) neural network model study chlorination polyethylene curing system, reinforcement system and its processing technology, evaluated the influence of compounding agent dosage on the performance using genetic algorithm (GA), and predicted partial compounds performance with the trained network, studied the blends of CM with other rubbers; Finally on the basis of summary above mentioned performance, also, studied development of the CM production by means of computer method, optimized the product compound and get the optimum compound. The results are as follows:(1) The two methods of glass transition temperature prediction give us a great help for qualitative understanding the high polymer performance, the computer simulation is more accurate than the traditional groups contribution method; crystalline degree is destroyed with the increase of chlorine content (0%~40%), and transformed from aggregation with highly crystalline to the loose amorphous structure.(2) The peroxide curing system is a more ideal curing system for CM135B, the... |
