Quinclorac is a herbicide used most widely. At present, however, there are few reports about transference of Quinclorac in the soil. Absorption and leaching experiment were conducted to investigate transference behavior of Quinclorac and metabolism BAS514H in soils, and to provide scientific basis for reasonable using of Quinclorac, estimating of its environmental security and determining of remediation countermeasures. The first chapter is introduction. In this chapter, research situation as well as the research progress about absorption and leaching of pesticide in the soil was review, and content and purport of the work was present. In the second chapter, absorption of Quinclorac and metabolism BAS514H in 4 kinds of soils was studied. Batch equilibration method was used in this experiment. The results showed that, (1) both absorption and desorption of Quinclorac and metabolism BAS514H in soils included a rapid stage and a slow stage, compared with absorption, desorption was slower and desorption balance appeared later; (2) the absorption isothermal of Quinclorac and metabolism BAS514H in soils could be most properly described by Freundlish formula; metabolism BAS514H absorption by soils were more than Quinclorac; (3) according to McCAll's classification, transferring ability of Quinclorac should be big, transferring ability of Quinclorac should be medium; (4) the factors that influenced the absorption action of Triazolone in soil were organic content, CEC, while the major factor was soil pH value for metabolism BAS514H; (5) for Quinclorac and metabolism BAS514H, varieties of absorption free energy were 12.03 and 28.87, respectively, which indicated that physical absorption were major manner of Quinclorac and metabolism BAS514H's absorption. In the third chapter, the effects of some factor on Quinclorac and metabolism BAS514H absorption were studied. The results showed that, (1) with increasing in temperate, Quinclorac and metabolism BAS514H absorption by soils increased, and their absorption by alluvial soil was exothermic reaction; (2) Quinclorac absorption...
