Studies On Ecological Security Assessment Of The Adlittoral Lake Marsh

Ecological crisis is a vital problem which people all over the world today have to face and to solve. The issue of ecological security appeared with the global ecological destruction and the research on ecological security has become one of the most important issues in the academic environment. On the basis of the development of research on compound ecological security, regional ecological security index system of evaluation concerning adlittoral lake marsh is conceived in the dissertation. The system is used to analyzing ecological security of Baiyangdian Lake which is a typical adlittoral lake marsh in north China. According to the result, some countermeasures are advanced to protect the ecological security of Baiyangdian Lake.The concept, characteristic and essence about ecological security are summarized. The concept in broad sense is anew defined which defines it as a kind of complex system composed of nature and society. When it encounters threats and destruction, the compound system can meet the requirement of the sustainable development. The content of ecological security including theoretical method, research conditions, research method on regional ecological security, and ecological security of ecosystem itself is also summarized. Research direction is analyzed.On the basis of the comparison and analysis of various conceptive models and index system of regional ecological security evaluation, an evaluation index system of regional ecologic security is established by combining the AHP method with the PSR model. The index system consists of 31 indexes composed of bio-physical condition, society and economy pressure, which adapts to compound ecosystem of adlittoral lake marsh. According to. the feature of each index and related standards, the evaluation standards and grade of regional ecological security are established. The standards are criterion to evaluation.The Baiyangdian Lake is chosen as an example to apply the system. At first, the environment of Baiyangdian Lake is studied. Aiming at trait of the lake, the study emphasizes its water environment because water is allimportant for Baiyangdian Lake. A new comprehensive index method of water quality evaluation is advanced.
