Recently, Crystal engineering of coordination polymers and supramolecular chemistry have become interesting and rapidly developing fields in inorganic chemistry. Coordinative covalent bond and various supramolecular interactions, such as hydrogen bond and π-π interactions, have been employed by chemists to construct topological structures and design coordination polymers with novel structures, to explore their potential applications in chemistry and material science, even to seek for molecular topologies and molecular structures with beautiful aesthetics. With these aims, a number of organic bridging ligands with rigidity or flexibility, symmetry or unsymmetry have been used to connect various metal ions or metal clusters into supramolecular entities with different dimensions and different structures. Hence, it is of great importance to development of supramolecualr chemistry and material science if chemists can obtain supramolecular complexes possessing expected structures and functions by designed syntheses and investigate the relationship of their structures and properties.
