Phospholipids are major constituents of cell membranes. Many phospholipids possess biological activity. By modification of different parts of the lipid, activity varies from one biological process to the other. It is an important investigating realm that introducing long chain acyloxyl into the glycerol skeleton of phosphatide for the modification of glycerophosphatide skeleton structure. But so far, the methods that introduce long chain acyloxyl into glycerophosphatide skeleton usually contain multiply protection and deprotection and then phosphatidylation. The target compounds were commonly obtained from substrates in six and even more step syntheses. So those methods bear lots of shortcomings, for example fussy procedure, low yield, and so on. In this text ,we design that long chain acyloxyl are introduced into glyceryl phosphatide skeleton by the means of nucleophilic ring-opening of cyclic glycerolthiophospholipid conjugate,using potassium strearate as nucleophilic reagent. By the use of thiophospholipid- phthalimidoethanol conjugates as model-compounds, the condition of nucleophilic ring-openning were intensively explored. It was indicated that in the present of methanol under room temperature, the target compound could be synthesized successfully under the phase-transfering catalyzer polyglycol(PEG-1500). The target compound was ascertained through their spectrometric of 1H NMR, 13C NMR and 31P NMR. This is a facil way for introducing long chain acyloxyl into the glycerol skeleton of phosphatide, having the advantages of brief procedure, high yields, easy separation et al. Selenium is indispensable to body as trace nutrition element and vital for human health. Lack of selenium will lead to the decline of many important functions, such as arosing Keshan sickness, liver necrosis and cardiovascular diseases. Selenium can not be synthesized in body and mostly be acquired from food. Inorganic selenium can be obtained easily and has low price, but it shows low bioavailability and high biological toxicity. Organic selenium has the advantages of high bioavailability, low toxicity. Organoselenium sugar is essential nutrients reagent for human body, but it was usually obtained from zymosis or plants rich in selenium, which having cockamamie procedure, rare species of plants as well.The disadvantage of cost restricts that organoselenium sugar can't be cosmically used as nurture and fodder additive.
