With debeloping of modern industry and economy ,water pollution already become an austere issue which are confronted with by a great many country, and it baffled society of continuable development. At present, it has been the difficulty and focus of the waste water treatment for the disposal of toxic and biorefractory organics that can't be treated effectively by the current ordinary waste water treatment technology. In this article, we will develop the fundamental study on the electrocatalytic oxidation technology for the organics waste water treatment. P-nitrophenol is selected as the simulation pollutant of toxic and biorefractory organics. In this paper, the titanium doped iron ions base lead dioxide high-efficiency electrode were prepared .And we have judged of electrodes' disposal effect and influence. We expect provided data for electrocatalytic oxidation technology in factly applications.Firstly, we have prepared a sort of titanium lead dioxide electrode doped by Fe,Co,NL The titanium base lead dioxide electrodes been by electro-deposition method. The micrographs, element analyses, the crystal structure on the electrodes surface and the electro-catalytic performance of the electrodes were analyzed with the help of SEM, XRD and the Potentiostat. Those electrodes were tested the voltammetry curve and anode polarization curve. Those electrodes' electro-catalytic performance was evaluated by disposal efficiency. Results showed that electrodes' electro-catalytic performance is improved . Fe(0.025mol)-PbO2/Ti electrode behaves an excellent catalysis and stability.P-nitrophenol with a concentration of 40mg/L and a volume of 80mL was disappeared 98% by the electrode after 120min, under a current density of 10mA/cm2.Secondly, we use this new type of electrode as anode, and regard the cuprum...
