Paper industry is one of the industries that cause serious environmental pollution. The key of paper industry sewage treatment is the efficient treatment of lignin. By a host of experiments, On the basis of exploration of new assistant reagent and its effect for paper industry black liquor, a detailed study had been done on separation of efficient lignin-degrading fungi, their growth, reproduction, lignin-degrading capacity, and synthetic experiments of bioaugmentation factors and practical simulated experiments, which offer theoretical basis to improve removal effect of lignin in paper industry black liquor.1 Seven fungi have been separated from 51 strains, which grew well on the culture media contained lignin.A preliminary study has been carried out on the capacity of lignin degradation of the strains.2 The generation time is parting for strain A for 17.1h,strain B for 14.6h,strain C for 22.4h,strain D for 19.3h,strain E for 27.4h,strain F for 20.3h,strain G for 9.6h of versus chaffer strain growth behavioural study.3 The practical situation of warranty papermaking vocation black liquor waste water effluent,experiment condition introduction be intended to be temperature 30℃, pH for 8 of the both in vitro,experimental result proclaim strain in order growth temperature and pH experimental result for strain A for 30℃, pH for 7,strain B for30℃, pH for 7,strain C for30℃, pH for 7,strain D for 30℃, pH for 7,strain E for 30℃, pH for 8.5,strain F for 35℃, pH for 7,strain G for 35℃, pH for 7.5.4 Being on the experimental foundation,the degradation effect upper strain C, D, E is selected for experiment strains .Adopt induction of mutation law-ultraviolet irradiation mutagenic law and tilize fish out appropriate mutagen quantity,A train of mutagenize is design to lignin degradation strain.
