The low temperature technology of aluminum electrolysis has exalt the electric current efficiency, save the electric power, prolong the life of electrolysis cell and be advantageous to use the inert electrode and the inert inner wall etc. study the low temperature technology of aluminium electrolysis in the 85KA probaded cell. In the papers make to mail works as follows:(1)study the choice of the low temperature electrolyte, elect the traditional light electrolyte for the research object;(2)study the low temperature aluminum electrolyte mole ratio make sure the choice principle of the mole ratio and the method of adjusting;(3)study the electrolysis temperature with the electric current efficiency relation and lowed the electrolysis temperature;(4)study the alumina concentration with the current efficiency, cell resistances relation, make a control principle of alumina concentration;Pass the technique reformation, lowed the electrolysis temperature, raised theelectric current efficiency, get the fit electrolysis condition:(1) control the electrolyte mole ratio between 2.25~2.45;(2) control the electrolysis temperature between 1198 K ~ 1218 K;(3) control the excess density of fluorine aluminum between 7% ~ 10% ;(4) control the alumina density between 1.8% ~ 3.5%;Have already circulated to be close to three years continuously under the condition that skill change after of electrolysis, obtain the satisfactory success. The electrolysis temperature lowered the 15K , the electric current efficiency raised 2.98 percentage, the direct current consumed to lowed the 310 KWh/t · AL, the declines lowed 311.28 yuan with every ton aluminum.
