Pesticie contamination is considered one of the most contaminated sources of environmental water. The organ-phosphorus pesticide were applied intensivly and more frquently detected in environmental water in China. The objective of this resarch is to develop a multi-residue analytical method for determination of the above organ-phosphorus pesticide and set up the mathematics model of two-dimensional water quality convective diffusion. An analytical mothod for determination of six kinds of organ-phosphorus pesticide such as malathion, methyl parathion, parathion, Rogor (dimethoate), dichlorovos and trichlorfor in environmental water by solid-phase extraction(SPE) combined with gas-chromatography(GC) was developed. The analytical method used in this paper have good linear relations in examine range .Its detection limits range from 0.01 to 0. 04μg/l. The relatively standard deviation of repeating measurement 5 times is smaller than 9.5% and the recovery rate range from 86.5% to 98.2%.The analytical method of SPE-GC is used to determine the trace organic pollution of the sample from Yangtse Rive and JiaLingJiang River and the result indicates that this kind of detection method is a convenient and accurate analytical method, which can offer a scientific basis for water quality control in the rivers. The regulation of transportion and transformation of the trace organic pollution is influenced by such factors as chemistry, physics, living beings, etc. This text mainly considers how convective diffusion impact on the diffused situation of the organic pollution in water. Therefore the mathematics model of two-dimensional water quality convective diffusion is set up to imitate the distribution situation of density of organic pollution. It can offer more favorable theoretical foundations for us to control the pollution situation of water resource in the rivers. This paper calculated the numerical solution of mathematics model in the flow of faster and slower, respectively. The discrete equations are shown in below. Flow in slower:...
