In recent years, the controllable synthesis of inorganic new materials with specific size and morphology has attracted more and more attention due to the extensive applied foreground of the materials in many fields such as, catalysis, medicine, electronics, ceramics, pigments, cosmetics, etc. Compared with the size control, the morphology control of particles is more difficult to achieve. Biological systems, however, use biomacromolecules as templets, cooperative modifiers or molds to precise control over the processes of biomineralization. This results in the formation of inorganic-organic composites with various special morphologies and functions. Biomimetic synthesizing inorganic crystals with unusual and complex form, which has significant meaning, has become an important research topic in current material studying field.Utilizing cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) as organic template and tetraethyoxysilane (TEOS) as inorganic precursor, preparation of silica inorganic membrane at the interface of air-water and oil-water was studied in the thesis. The outcomes by characterizing and analyzing silica films demonstrate that organic template can modify the nucleation and growth of inorganic crystal. Two primary factors affecting the speed of hydrolyzed, which were the concentrations of hydrochloric acid(HCl)and formamide(CH3NO), and the voltage of electric field on membrane were discussed due to the obvious increasing velocity on silica membrane in the electric field. Stratiform membrane, which have regular microstructure, were synthesized at the interface of oil-water by improving the experimentation. Silica membrane were ascertained to be made up of silica hollow microspheres by SEM, and further analyses combined with the results of XRD and TEM deduced that silica microspheres were hollow and composed by mesoporous silica spheres which distributed stratiformly. The mechanisms of biomimetic synthesizing silica membrane were elementary discussed in the thesis which bases on the summarization of biomimetic synthesizing silica inorganic membrane at the interface of air-water and oil-water.
