This thesis mainly investigated the amorphous nanostructured nickel-boracic powders by the method of reduction in aqueous solution at room temperature .The influence of PolyVinylPyrrolidone(PVP) concentration and EDTA concentration on particle disperse and morphology products powders were investigated . The results showed the ball-like products powders were preparation with appropriate technical , In addition ,the effect of products powders on the thermal decomposition kinetics of Ammonium Perchlorate (AP).The morphology and dispersing of the products were studied by scanning electron miroscope(SEM) and transmiting electron miroscope(TEM) . The results showed that without the presence of EDTA, the products were cluster.The concentration of PVP (10%) was immobilitied , when the concentration of EDTA was increased ,the cluster of products were became for the better , the cluster of products were not for the better when the concentration of EDTA was reached the concentration of theory ; Without the presence of PVP , the scatter of products were worse , the concentration of EDTA with 0.1mol/l was controlled . when the concentration of PVP were increased from 8% to 10% , the cluster of products were became for the better . the products regain cluster as the concentration of PVP beyond to 10% . The concentration of the PVP with 10% could preparate the small diameters an well scatter of amorphous nano-nikel powder .The result of X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Inductively Coupled Plasma - Automated Export System (ICP—AES) showed that the products were the nanostructured nickel-boracic.The effect of products powders on thermal decomposition kinetics of AP was investigated by thermogravimetry (TG) and differential therm analysis (DTA). The results showed that the low and high temperature exothermic peak of AP added with 17% the amorphous nickel-boracic powders were advanced by 30℃and 98℃,when 6% the amorphous nickel-boracic powders were added into superfine AP was the furthest, the actions energy of the the decomposition of AP were decreased from 123kJ/mol to 116kJ/mol and the progression of actions were increased from 2.23 to 3.32. , when 17% the amorphous nickel-boracic powders were added into superfine AP. Then the energy of decomposition of AP was reduced and the rate of actions was increased.
