Simultaneous detection of biologic molecule has received much interest in the past few decades. The major problem in the detection of biologic molecule is its adsorptive denaturalization and interference by other molecules. Many different strategies have been employed for the modification of the electrode surface to improve electrocatalysis of biologic molecule. Among the many different strategies used for the modification of electrode surfaces, formation of self-assembled monolayer (SAM) of organosulfur compounds on a gold electrode has received much attention in recent years. An electrode modified with a SAM can be the basis of the molecular design of interfaces to control the configuration and structure on the electrode surface or get more functions. The SAM and langmuir-blodgett (LB) membrane have been abroad used as new strategies for modification of electrode surface effectively. The SAM electrodes are very promising for the construction of materials, which have selectivity and sensitivity, and the development of micro-electronics instrument and electroanalytical chemistry in molecule level. In this paper, the Electrodes have been fabricated with SAM modified 4,4-dithiodipyridine(PySSPy) , 5,10,15,20-tetra(4-methoxyphenyl)-21h, 23h~ porphine cobalt(n)(CoTMPP)/PySSPy, 2-amino-ethanethiol (2AT). Also, the surface characterization of SAM modified electrodes have been carried out by...
