Optimizing some correlative data should forecast the extent of impact on water, air and sound in the vicinity, and put forward some feasible harness measures.The air pollution factor during the project mostly of SO₂ and dusts, which produced by boiler. By adopt the high efficiency ZD-6 desulphurization and dirt catcher, the dust decontaminate ratio is above 95 percent, SO₂ decontaminate ratio is above 50 percent, the decontaminated gas via a vent-pipe 35 meters high. The vent concentration and output is respectively displayed: SO₂ 208.9mg/m3,9.57t/a, dust 196.1mg/m3,8.99t/a .The output of acetone and dichloromethane which raw material volatilized is little.
