The nitrogen is one of important life elements, the nitrogen took in the agriculture ecosystem the most important nutritive elements, are in the agricultural production the essential nutrients. Therefore the increase N fertilizer executes the amount used is enhances the crop yield the important measure. Because in the agricultural production the N fertilizer executes the amount used sharp increase, the N fertilizer use factor is low, the N fertilizer excessive employment has created the serious environment problem, Like the water body eutrophication, the tap water nitrate excessive accumulation endangers the human body health and soil N2O directly discharges environment question and so on enhancement atmosphere greenhouse effect causes the people to the environment attention. In the agriculture ecosystem, the input soil N fertilizer has three kind of whereabouts, namely a part by the crops absorption, a part remains in the soil by inorganic or the organic shape, another part of N loss ascent environment.
