O,O-dimethyl phosphoramidothioate is a very important compound which is wildly used as intermediate in pesticides such as acephate, methamidophos, chlorine methamidophos and so on. At present, the way of production O,O-dimethyl phosphoramidothioate is discontinuous with glass lining reactor. Because the discontinuous production way has the defects such as: The equipment heat transfer cannot satisfy the technological requirement; Production intensity and automaticity is low, the labor of the workers is strong, the production efficiency is low, enlargement process exists scale-up effect, the quality and yield is unstable. Therefore, in order to improve the market competitive power of the factory, the study of a new production technology becomes very important to reduce the cost. It has extremely vital significance. Having looked up a great amount of technical literature both domestic and foreign, and under the direction of the theory of reaction engineer and transmission engineer, we have engaged in a series of beforehand experiment trying to reach a comprehensive understanding of the features of the reaction. In this foundation, we analysis the combined sequence of O,O- dimethyl phosphoramidothioate carefully. We changed the parameter of technology. The optimal conditions are: Reaction temperature is 40 DEG; Reaction material allocated proportion is O,O-dimethyl phosphorochloridothioate﹕sodium hydroxide﹕ammonia water = 1﹕0.94﹕1.40; The ammonia water and the sodium hydroxide solution quality percentage density respectively is 18% and about 25%. The new process can enhance the reaction temperature about 10 DEG, so it can accelerate the reaction. Not changing the original equipment, it can enhance the productivity about 20% and the water cooling temperature of the new process can be higher than that of the traditional way, thus it may largely reduce the energy consumption .By the research in the laboratory, we have established the main reaction dynamics model, and have carried on the estimate of the model parameter with MATLAB language, and have obtained the dynamics parameter : The total order of reaction is 1 level, reaction activation energy is Ea=44300J/mol . Also we have carried on the experiment to obtain reaction heat forΔHr=148.05kJ/mol.By the research of the reaction dynamics model, through analysing each kind of reactor, we have established the mathematical model of the combined reactor.
