The research on environmental geochemical behavior of the nutrient of carbon, nitrogen and phosphor in overlying water and sediments of Daihai Lake was carried out. The content, distribution characteristics and existing form of nutrients was analyzed. Accumulation and conversion process of nutrients in sediments, and the potential impact of nutrients to the eutrophication course also was studied. The characteristics of both endogenous and exogenous load and the mechanism of eutrophication was posted for offering reasonable scientific accordance to the damage mechanism of ecosystem health, it has certain applied cost and guiding significance to the sustainable development of region economy. We reached the conclusion as follows:1. The concentration of TN and TP in overlying water of Daihai Lake are separately 2.28mg·1-1 and 0.20 mg·1-1, the nutritive index of TN is 68.38, and the nutritive index of TP is 69.56. Except several position, nutritive index at most position are higher. The ratio TN/TP in overlying water is 12.6.
