Straightness measurement is one of the most basic and important item in the field of the geometrical measurement,which is the basic of planar degree,parallel degree,orthogonal degree,coaxial degree and etc,while it is also an important content in the field of mechanical manufacture, mainly includes the straightness error measurement for aiming at the actual surface of the workpiece and straightness error measurement for aiming at beeline guideway or beeline movement workpiece of automatic emendation .As one factor of form error ,straightness directly influences precisi-on ,capability,quality of the equipment,sometimes may be determinate factor, so it's very important to be detected and emendated.The method in this paper is used to be measured the inner guideway of the launcher.Based on the characteristic that the guideway is long(3-6m) and straightness error is big(0.3mm/m),and it is very easy to go beyond the range to use conventional methods,so we bring forward the straightness measurement method based vision measurement.we analyze and compare the conventional straightness measurement methods( for instance the method of laser collimation) ,and know that they don't suit this paper for they have little measurement range and easily influenced by the temperature,so we choose the method that suits this task- the straightness measurement method based vision measurement.we design the model of the whole system of measurement and analyze the principle of system.give the arithmetic of resovling the outcome of pose of the launcher based on the characteristic that we studied in this paper.We study the arithmetic of centroid and pick-uping of characteristic point.Give the arithmetic of bilinear to calculate centroid;We introduce the camera model and the metods of calibration of camera aimmng at the aberrance of linear and non-linear .We use the collinear equations that are solved through bundle adjustment based on the request in this paper;We design the autocontrolling of the characteristic point's lighteness aiming at the ashy of the image relates the distance of...
