The ultimate aim of oilfield development is improved oil recovery by an economical method. For water drive oilfield, with water cut increasing and oil production decreasing, we have to take some measures such as fracturing, water shut off, re-perforating, layering and modification of injection pattern. But with oil field developing, measure potential is becoming less in basic well pattern. Especially to low permeability oil field, due to poor sandstone continuity, low permeability and porosity, oil and liquid PI have a sharp drop after production well water flooded. This takes a serious threaten on production rate maintenance. Low permeability oil field's development have proved that increasing well density, and at the same time, decreasing well spacing to a reasonable level can improve well pattern dominate capability and water drive efficiency, thereby improve whole development level.Aiming at Shengping oil field low recovery percent, production rate, composite water cut and far well spacing, by untabulated reservoir well testing, development potential analyses and a series of important measures analyses, this paper takes infilled well pattern to improve oil field developing efficiency. During of project's drawing up and implement, we carry out fine reservoir description, remaining oil distribution feature research. These works make us realize reservoir producing situation in an all-round way and draw up reasonable infilled project. Finally this project gains a quite well effect. At the same time, to low permeability oil field of Daqing periphery district, this project provides valuable experience and technology.
