Tank generally has flaw because of the influence of the inner and external environment corrosion. In order to keep the normal work condition of the tank stress condition of tank need to be reconsidered. This text is to make use of a software- ANSYS to the fertilizer factory to make stress analysis of technique of liquid ammonia tank. The analytical contents include of work conditions of tank under the condition that no corrosion, in 1998, in 2004 three kinds of stress condition in the gravity function and work condition. According to the stress filed and strain filed judge. According to the change value the of wall calculate out average corrosion velocity .On suppose keeping the a corrosion velocity is invariability, calculate out 2010 and 2016 thick of the wall part respectively. Change the thick of the model, calculate out 2010 and 2016 stress of work condition respectively and make stress analysis safe evaluation.
