This paper studies the structure parameter and optimum design of high speed rolling bear that used in the high speed spindle system in the theory and test on how to improve the performance and stability of the bearing that used in the high speed spindle system. First of all, build the mathematics models based on the two different work condition: Loaded on the axial loading; Loaded on combination loading. These mathematics models involved the theories includes: Elastohydrodynamic lubrication theory, The bearing kinesiology and Ferrule control theory ,etc. And then make out the nonlinear equations from the mathematics models, the results includes: The contact angler, contact distortion and axial distortion of each rolling element in the bearing. And use the results to calculate and analysis the ratio of revolution and rolling and get the relation of the bearing parameter and the ratio of revolution and rolling. After that calculate and analysis the use characteristics of the high speed bearing, mainly includes: The friction moment and rigidity of the bearing. Through the calculation and the analysis, provides the basis and theory for the design and selection in the bearing of the high speed spindle system.At last of the paper, build the test table of the high speed bearing. Test and collect the data of temperature and vibration of the bearing in high speed. In the test, choose the angle contact bearing as test bearing, and work in the different position of spindle system, then test the temperature and vibration of the bearings in different speed and different loading, and analysis the data to verified the mathematics models.By the mathematics and test, provides the theory basis and test reference for the high speed bearing in the design work and optimum, as the effective theory could used in the high speed spindle system and make bearing have high performance.
