Aiming at present situation of the lower fracture toughness of 7xxx series ultra-high strength aluminum alloys in our country . For 7A04 ultra-high strength aluminum alloys, effect Of heat treatments on the microstructure and mechanical properties and relation of intensity, dulicity and toughness were studied. Especially, impact toughness of alloys was researched by means of advanced impact test equipment. subsequently, datas value of impact properties and relation of crack propagation energy and fracture toughness are analyedo Results of the study are as follow:(1) Comparing with present heat treatment technics ( 485°C/50min +120°C/24h and 485°C/50min +120°C/3h+160°C/3h), duliciy of alloy is increased by 20% at the same time high intensity by appliance of new heat treatment technics 485°C/50min +100°C/36h.(2) Comparing with present heat treatment technics ( 485°C/50min +120°C/24h and 485°C/50min +120°C/3h+160°C/3h), impact toughness value...
