Some new environment friendly pulp bleaching methods have been studied when the bleaching is perfect more and more. The electrochemical bleaching experiments and the PHotoelectricity chemistry bleaching experiments had been carried on and their bleaching mechanism had been analyzed by the infrared spectrum and the X-ray diffraction.Electrochemistry bleaching has been studied in this paper. It is necessary to blow oxygen to the reactor during electrochemistry bleaching process.It is better to add K4[Fe(CN)6] than K3[Fe(CN)6] in electrochemistry bleaching process.The proper dosage of K4[Fe(CN)6] is 5 percent in the liquid. Along with the reaction time and the electric current increasing , the result is better and better especially the first 3 hours . And the electric current must be suitable. The waste liquid of the electrochemistry bleaching can be used in the next reaction and it would get the similar result.In this way, it can not only reduce the cost but also relieve the pressure of environment. The stainless steel is the preferred material which can be used as the anode in the electrochemistry bleaching. In order to got remarkable bleaching result, the density of the current should be proper.Then the PHotoelectricity bleaching was carried on. Although the oxidated intensity of PHotoelectricity bleaching is stronger than the PHotochemistry bleaching and the electrochemistry bleaching, the role of coordination is not well as expected.
