The cement industry consumpt a great deal of coal, now the more coal is burned by cement kiln stove internal than the overseas advanced technology, and create the energy waste. Along with the internal cement output rapid increase, energy consumed by the cement also greatly increased, the cement industry energy conservation technology changes more and more important.In order to reduce energy consumption during produce cement, in this article the energy consumption condition is researched from the fuel and the raw material two different angles. The mainly method has been used in this article is The thermal analysis method, and auxiliary by Ash ingredient analysis, coal basic parameter analysis: The different status limestone and the different coal were carried on analysis, has obtained its combustion characteristic and the reaction kinetics condition. Mainly includes following contents:lst.Through researching the thermal analysis, compareing with each thermal analysis method, and establish the appropriate analysis method that is applicated in researching coal combustion characteristic as well as the limestone burning characteristic.2nd, Studied the factor that influencing the coal combustion characteristic, including the catches fire and combustion characteristic of different coal, analyzed the coal kind, particle size, elevation of temperature speed; And plants the activation energy of the different burning stage to the different coal, as well as the different coal plants the reaction mechanism has been made the determination.3rd, Link to the special details of kiln stove burning, we ascertained the mixes project of mixing the mixed coal burning in cement kiln stove, and analysised the mixed coal combustion characteristic through the thermobalance.4th, Through reseaching calcination and decomposition characteristic of the limestone with thermogravimetry method, we ascertained the activation energy value under the different conversion rate of limestone combustion process.
