At present, most oilfields in china have entered into mid-late oil exploitation stage. Crude oil moisture content was generally 70~80%, even reach 90%. Large amount of oily wastewater was produced from oil-water phase separation process. Discharge of untreated wastewater would put hazardous risk to environment and public health. Therefore, development of highly effective economical treatment and reusing technologies has become an important problem of the modification and establishment of oily wastewater processing station. In this paper, Oilfield wastewater treatment technology was system analyzed considering treated water discharging, reusing and reinjection aspects. Taking the experiment of Shengli oilfield heavy oil wastewater advanced oxidation treatment as the example, conducts the research to oily wastewater discharging technologies. The experiment takes the wastewater after flotation- filtration processing as the object and uses the Fenton reagent and ozone to carry on treatment. Results show that the oxidation effect of Fenton reagent is better than ozone's. Under the craft condition of pH=4, H2O2 initial concentration=0.08mol/L, Fe2+/H2O2(mol of ratio)=1:10,H2O2/CODCr(quality of ratio)=1:1, 60min reaction, best CODCr removal ratio (54.33%) is obtained. CODCr in effluent is lower than 100mg/L. But analyzing from the reaction time, oxidation speed of ozone is better than Fenton reagent's.Oily wastewater reusing treatment technologies were carried out for Shengli oilfield heavy oil wastewater deep treatment unit. Experimental results confirm the effective of deep treatment technology taking multi-effect-distillation (MED) as the main equipment. Effluent water quality meet feedwater standard to steam generators. The equipments operation was stable and reliable. Although experiment operating cost was high, this cost would be lower than those of"macroporous ion exchange resin softening technology"in engineering application. The reasons for high...
