The combined methods of theoretical analysis, numerical computation and on-spot survey are adopted to carry out the qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation, viz., various factors of all the aspects about safety physiology, safety psychology, engineering psychology, safety management, important life event, different cultural and conventional diversities, etc, influencing human safety behaviour are discussed and analysed respectively. Taking the basic theory and knowledge of the six inducing systems (PSFs) about the reasons of human unsafe behaviour mentioned above as evidence and direction, the preliminary surveying scales of psychological testing for human safety behaviour are worked out through applying psychological testing theory. Moreover, the works of statistics and analysis for the testing results about the preliminary surveying scales in production locale are implemented. According to the results of statistics and analysis, the comprehensive mensurating scale for human safety behaviour is established, about which the testing is carried out on-spot. The data mining of knowledge system for human safety behaviour indexes about comprehensive scale is processed based on rough set theory and genetic algorithm, so that the condition attribute set (indexes) is reduced, and the indexes of psychological testing which are relative to human safety behaviour nearly are selected, according to these indexes, the semi-quantitative assessment method for human safety behaviour status is designed, the weights about significant indexes which influence human safety behaviour are determined by calculation, the decision regulations for human safety behaviour are deduced and the qualitative assessment method for human safety behaviour status is put forward. Finally, the quantitative safety assessment for human behaviour status is implemented on the basis of the comprehensive assessment model of grey-fuzzy-improved momentum BP algorithm, moreover, in terms of person's different possibility degree of bringing about unsafe behaviour during the period of production process, the strategies, measurements and methods for controlling human unsafe behaviour are put forward to realize the safe production of industrial and mining enterprises.
