| InP and Bi2S3 QDs have particular optical properties and little toxicity, which have aroused people's attention. There are many reports about synthesis and properties of InP and Bi2S3 QDs, but little use in the analytical chemistry at present. In the thesis, InP and Bi2S3 QDs were synthesized and characterized by XRD,TEM and their optical properties. Being functionalized with–COOH or–NH2, the functionalized nanoparticles show high fluorescence efficiency and water solubility and stability. The functional QDs have potential use for many analytical missions. The thesis is consists of five chapters, including the following main contents respectively:In chapter 1, the basic conception and applications of QDs were firstly introduced. Then, research reports and status of InP and Bi2S3 QDs were investigated and summarized. Finally, the research proposal for this thesis is presented. In chapter 2, InP QDs were synthesized and characterized by TEM, XRD and optical behaviors. InP QDs have been synthesized by the direct reaction of Na,P and InCl3 with different reaction condition. InP QDs being etched by HF exhibited dissimilar optical properties. PH had a great effect on the fluorescence intensity of InP QDs.In chapter 3, the spectral behaviors of InP QDs in the presence of surfactants and heavy metal ions were studied, and the mechanisms were also discussed. When an amount of Hg2+ and Ag+ added, fluorescence intensity decreased. In the presence of anionic surfactant SDBS, the fluorescence emission enhanced noticeably, with blue shift. Fluorescence emission quenched dramatically in the presence of Triton X-100, with blue shift. In chapter 4, functionalized InP/ PAA nanoparticles have been prepared by an in-situ polymerization method. pH and heavy metal ions influenced the spectral behaviors sharply, and the likely mechanisms of fluorescence spectral... |
