The copper tailings is a sort of industrial mining waste. With the development of mining, the tailings wasteland is expanding quickly, not only occupying the large area land, but also being a serious contaminative source. The research and management on the tailings wasteland is very important for the district contaminative management and ecosystem restoration. The plants restoration and ecosystem reconstruction of industries and minings wasteland is also an importance research field of ecology at present. The Copper-tailings is a living environment where the contents of heavy metals are very high. The Copper-tailings is harm to plants' growth and pollute the surroundings, and break the ecosystem. How to proceed the plants restoration and land restoration in these deteriorated ecosystem has become a hot issue in the current environment ecology study, and it has caused domestic and international relevant researcher of concern.Tongling in Anhui province is the country of the famous medicinal plant Paeonia ostii in China, not only the medicinal quality is the best, but also the production scale is the largest in the whole country.Particularly the Paeonia ostii in the area of the Fenghuang mountain is the most famous.Furthermore, Tongling is an important area of copper mining in our country, the history of copper producing is very long. After liberation, the large quantity tailings waste took up the big area of land, the large tailings banks in Tongling include the Wugongli tailings, the Heishahe tailings, the Tongguan mountain tailings, the Fenghuang mountain tailings and the Shizi mountain tailings, the total area of them is 2.80×106m2.The local government positively supported and called on the villager to grow Paeonia...
