Ion-liquid-polymer electrolytes(ILPE) have some special advantages, which were promisingly applicable for energy devices like lithium battery. So ILPE were comprehensively studied .Firstly, we synthesized polyethylene glycol-monomethacrylate(PEGMMA) which become the material of the next reaction. Two catalysts, including polystyrenesulfon acid cation exchange resin and 4-methylbenzenesulfonic acid, were studied. Technics conditions of esterification reaction were optimized through orthogonal experiments, so the ideal reaction conditions were the reaction temperature 85℃, the molar ratio 1.3:1(PEG/ methacrylic acid) and catalyst 4 %wt(the total weight of the PEG and methacrylic acid). Secondly, Br-PEGMMA were synthesized with PEGMMA and PBr3 through bromination reaction. After the simple factor analysis experiments, the optimal operation conditions were decided: the molar ratio 2:1(PEGMMA/PBr3 ), reacting substance concentration 0.5 mol.L-1 , dropping liquid temperature 45℃and reaction temperature 70℃. Their conductivities were 1.74×10-3Scm-1 and 6.17×10-5 Scm-1 ,respectively at 30℃which were dependent of their viscosities. Using Br-PEGMMA and pyridine to synthesize pyridinium salt, their viscosities and conductivities were studied. The viscosities were higher than that of Br-PEGMMA, but the ion conductivities were not consistent with the viscosities. At 30℃, their ion conductivities were respectively 2.51 Scm-1 and 1.05 Scm-1. Four ILPE ,P1(EO 4, Br-),P2(EO 9, Br-),P3(EO 4, BF4-),and P4(EO 9, BF4-),were manufactured through two steps including polymerization reactions and cations exchanging reactions. Their ion conductivities and DSC were investigated. Comparing different (EO) unit numbers with cations , the difference about ion conductivities were analyzed. At 30℃, the ion conductivities of P1 and P3 were 2.74×10-6 Scm-1(Tg,-40℃) and 3.43×*10-8 Scm-1(Tg,-39℃);P2 and P4,3.04×10-6 Scm-1(Tg, -29℃)and 6.07×10-8 Scm-1(Tg,-27℃), respectively. They were self-conductive bodies. And their ion conductivities were independent of their viscosities . The result was that the most important factor, which influenced the polymers conductivities , was the cations ,that of BF4- was more lower than that of Br-, nearly 102 Scm-1.
