As one of the most important research field of optical information, Optical 3D Profile Measurement Technology is more and more important in the domain of CAD/CAM, reverse engineering, industrial inspection, quality controlling, medical science and machine vision etc. And because of its high precision, nondestructive feature and also fastness of data acquisition, the method of non-contact optical measurement becomes very popular. Based on the method of engineering measurement of 3D object surface, this dissertation studies the theories and applications of FTP. The details are as following:(1)Referring to domestic and overseas literatures, the developments of the domestic internal and overseas optical 3D profilometry measurement are known. And the key technologies in Large-scale measurement are pointed out.(2)The principle of phase-measuring profilometry (PMP) is introduced briefly. This paper analyzes the error of phase demodulation, which is generated in filtering by the means of three kinds of filtering windows — rectangle window, hamming window, and Kaiser window. Based on original unwrapping-phase method, a new phase unwrapping algorithm is presented, which is by region and multi-point, and against noise effect.(3)More steps are made for the method of calibration at large scale. The method of height calibration is improved for the large-scale. For the existing problem of the plate XY calibration, the method of calibration is refined, and it make operation easy and get the high accuracy. The basic principles for 3D connection method are presented. This paper studies data collection method in connection calibration and 3D connection algorithm, and finally bring forward a method of connection calibration with a single CCD.(4)A measurement system that consists of LCD, CCD, and image card is designed. The software system includes: the system adjustment module, system calibration module, measurement module , data collection module ,data process module and display module.(5)Through the measurement error of plane surveying and cylinder surveying, the accuracy of coordinate of the measuring system is got. The errors factors of this pilot system in large scale are analyzed, and the effective methods are proposed to reduce the errors.(6)For the need of anthropometry in the costume industry, an program about...
