Recovery of submerged plant is one of the most important measures that control lake eutrophication. Understand of the mechanism of effects of submersed plant on phosphorus (P) removing and forms between sediment-water interface in shallow lake is the key scientific problem that must be resolve during the recovery of submersed plant, at the same time is the important part that open out the mechanism of lake eutrophication. The transform and interrelationship of different form P among water, sediment and Hydrilla verticillata were studied in the imitated shallow-lake environment condition by cultivation Hydrilla verticillata in indoor and greenhouse, the transform mechanism and influence factor of different form P was also probe into. The main conclusions are as the following. The effect of KH2PO4 on the growth and physiology activity of Hydrilla verticillata is the most notable and it is the optimum P form for Hydrilla verticillata, and can utilize each form P in the water body, and also can active the aggregated P. the concentration of the aggregated phosphate in overlying water and power water is the important factor affecting its alkaline phosphatase activity. The ability of uptake P for Hydrilla verticillata from water body is stronger, the uptake amount attain 1300mg.kg-1 under this experimental condition. The capacity of the adsorbed P increased with the increasing of P concentration in water body. The P form is the important factor affecting P deposit from water into sediment. After different form P enters the water body, the distributing of different form P between overlying water and sediment gradually attained the balance, and the equilibrium point is different from the form of phosphorus. The submerged plant can increase the percentage of P distribute into the overlying water. The labile phosphorus (P) and reducible soluble phosphorus (RSP) were the main phosphorus forms for Hydrilla verticillata utilization. The phosphorus concentrations of the overlying water and interstitial water were affected mainly by the RSP concentrations in sediments. The labile phosphorus (P) in sediment easy to exchange, transform through physics mainly with water body. The reducible soluble phosphorus (RSP) is easy to exchange with the water body and utilize with by Hydrilla verticillata, mainly through the chemistry and bio-transformation actions, the content of iron aluminum oxidize binding P affected mainly by environmental oxidization. Activity of calcium binding P is... | Keywords/Search Tags: | Water body, Submerged plant, Sediment, phosphorus Form, Hydrilla verticillata, Transplant, translation | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
