Cyclodextrins(CDs)are natural cyclic oligosaccnarides, consisting of 6—12 glucose unite Linked by α-1,4-glycosidic bond, a hollow truncated cone structure. The unique structures allow a variety of guest molecules to be accommodated in the hydrophobic cavities to form host-guest inclusion complexes and chang their physical, chemical and biological properities. So CDs have been used widely in pharmacy eutical industry, food, environmental conservation,cosmetics, etc. Especially in pharmaceutical industry, CDs are able to be used to improve solubility, stability, stripping speed as well as biological using of drugs. Today, onle α -, β -, . γ -CD with 6-8 glucose unites are widely used.Dan-shen, an ancient Chinese drug, is a kind of plant root, which is one of labiate salvia family. It can mainly stimulate circulation to end stasis and diminish inflammation. So various preparation of Dan-shen is abroadly applicated to all kinds of clinic diseases, such as cardiovascular disease,hepatitis, department of injured,department of dermatology and lose one's hair etc. It is especial on coronary heart disease. People in medical field attach importrance on Dan-shen. The fatsduble active principle of Dan-shen is tanskinone IIA(Tan IIA), which is a o-quinone framwork. As a resuct,copplication and effect exertion of Tan IIA is largly restricted because of its dissolubicity. We must improve its solubility and stabidity. Cyclodextrin(CD) is a compand of solubility and is stable under alkali, heat and light. As supplementary materals of drug, CD can improve solubility, stability and filter.In addition to its low toxicity. Safety and availability, people believe that it is a potential supplemnatary material of injection. Therefore, we use CD to improve solubility of Tan IIA in order to get stable liquor.1 a The inclusion compoxes of hydroxy proy- P -cyclodextrin(HPCD) with Tan IIA is studied by UV and IR spectra.And the formation constants for Tan IIA-HPCD were determined in different PH liquor.The molecular modeling provided further enidence for the formation of the inclusion complexes.The effect of temperatare on the reaetion was studied through thermodynamics.Therefore,we got the main impetus of the inclusion recution-enthalpy.2> The inclusion complexes of |3-CD with Tan IIA is studied by fluorescence and IR spetra, The effect of temperatare on the reaetion was studied through thermodynamics.Therefore,we got the main impetus of the inclusion recution-enthalpy.3* The inclusion complexes of Y-CD with Tan IIA is studied by fluorescence and IR spetra, The effect of temperatare on the reaetion was studied through thermodynamics.Therefore,we got the main impetus of the inclusion recution-enthalpy.
