Electric signal is the primary inspirator and detection measurement in general electrochemistry study. It is the summation of microcosmic information in electrochemistry system, but it can't veraciously distinguish the composition of the electrolyte adjacent to such surfaces and chemical reaction occurring at the surfaces in the complex electrochemistry system. In many respects the technique of Raman scattering promises all of these advantages and probably more. Specifically, surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS), has attracted considerable recent attention and has generated one of the more remarkable dabates in the recent scientific literature. Raman spectro-electrochemistry is a complex interdisciplinary area of research. It involves electrochemistry, the diverse fields of Raman spectroscopy, surface chemistry, surface physics, inorganic chemistry of metals, electrolyte solution chemistry, solid-state physice and others. The subject on Raman spectro-electrochemistry has been considered by present authors to encompass the study of SERS from surface species, the identification of corrosion/passivation phases, the measurement of concentration profiles and the detection of electrogenrated solution species.Metal interacts with many groups in different sites of nucleic acids and it is well-known that they not only influence the canonical DNA structures but also are essential in the formation of noncanonical forms of DNA. So it is crucial to determine how many the active sites are positioned at the metal surface. The studies of biologically important molecules at electrode interfaces as model systems are expected to provide valuable information, such information will be useful also for the development of biosensors. Surface-enhanced Raman spectro-electrochemistry holds a...
