Supramolecular science, which is considered as an origin of newconcepts and high-techniques in 21st century, sufficiently impelsdevelopments of other subject's researches. The construction and function ofsuper thin film are generally a focus regarding to the research ofsupramolecular science. The Layer-by-Layer (LbL) self-assembly technique, with excellent properties in handy manipulation, abundant sources ofconstructer, and no restriction of base shape and sort, is well regarded as asignificant approach to construct duplex super thin film materials in general.Initially, investigation according to this specific variety of LbL self-assemblytechnique was launched from searching for the novel ways of exploring theraw materials available for films, further to seeking for the new methods toproduce films. Presently, this kind of techniques has been applied in severaldiverse domains. Our research group consistently have worked on the LbL self-assemblytechnique early in our country, and have taken lead in using porphyrin, nanoparticles and biomolecular as building block, and have developed newmethods for LbL by using hydrogen bond, coordination bond and covalentbond as driving forces. Contributed by the achievements from the earlyresearches, LbL technique was utilized into applications such as chemicalsensors or biosensors, high performance enzyme immobilization, surfacepatterning, microporous films, and nanocomposites. It has been exciting that LbL self-assembly technique is attractivegradually, especially used in producing suprahydrophobic surface.Suprahydrophobisty, of which principle was the interdependence relationshipbetween rough surface and low surface energy, was original and naturalphenomena in the physical world. Because of its critical applications inconstructing weight reduction, separation water from oil, surface self-cleaning,and micro fluid film, this technique was attracted by many scientists devotingthemselves into researching on it. Our group has successfully constructedsuprahydropobic surface through hydrothermal Synthesis and Galvanic CellReaction. Particularly, the method of producing suprahydrophobic surface interms of combining advantages of LbL technique and electro-deposition canbe utilized into surface modification both in planar and extendedly inun-planar system, further more it can be also applied in preparation ofconstructing gravitation reduce apparatus. In this thesis, LbL technique integrated with electrodepositon illuminateda new aspect of Ag micro/nano surface, to figure out the critical functions ofLbL film in electrochemical process, the form of Ag aggregates, and toimplement a detailed research that emphasize how different time andelectrodeposition potentials affected the formation of Ag aggregates. Inconclusion, this dissertation propose a new technology to fabricatesuperhydrophobic surface through chemical modification by means of Agmicro/nano aggregates.
