Catalysis mechanism and kinetics is quantitativeanalysis by the calorimetric. So It is important that the calorimetric isused to research on solid catalyst. We can find out the essence ofadsorption action, the type of adsorption bond, the uniformity of solidsurface and the reciprocity of the adsorption molecule. The microcalorimetric adsorption equipment in my experiment isthe first set up in Jilin University. We mensurate the sensitivity of theC80 calometry in He atmosphere. By the increasing of the systempressure, the sensitivity increase step by step. Well-ordered mesoporous molecular sieves SBA-15 possessesthicker porewalls, wider poresizes, and higher thermal andhydrothermal stability. The pure siliceous SBA-15 sample is calcinedat different temperature with different calined time, then NH2-SBA-15is synthesized according to the procedure . XRD, FTIR, BET andmicrocalorimetric adsorption are used to analysis. The result ofmicrocalorimetric adsorption show that NH2-SBA-15(550,6,0.5) hasbest effect among NH2-SBA-15(a,6,0.5) of different calcinedtemperature. There are more strong base sites , and the base sites aredistributed uniformly. Same results appear on NH2-SBA-15(550,b ,0.5)with different calcined time and NH2-SBA-15(550,6 ,c) with thedifferent proportion of SBA-15 to aminopropyltriethoxysilane. Thereare more strong base sites , and the base sites are distributed uniformlyon these samples.The functionalized mesoporous molecular sieves is synthesized byusing aminopropyltriethoxysilane to react with SBA-15, and isevalucated by using Claisen-Schmidt condensation reaction ofbenzaldehyde with 2′-hydroxyace-tophenone. It is shown thatNH2-SBA-15 is effective catalysts with high activity when SBA-15 iscalcined at 550℃ for 6h and the proportion of SBA-15 toaminopropyltriethoxysilane is 0.32g: 0.5mL.
