Pneumatic conveying of cut-tobacco is the major way of cut-tobacco conveying in modern Cigarette factory. Its operating condition is affected by many factors such as operating status, constructions process and time, etc. The air velocity is unsteady in the cut tobacco pneumatic conveying pipe. In recent years, in order to carry out conveying cut -tobacco stability, how to control the air velocity is an important problem, which has been highly concerned, but not thoroughly studied Cigarette Industry, and this paper focuses on these issues.In the fist part, according to the feature of wind-power system, the paper analyzes the fundamental causes of unsteady air velocity in the cut tobacco pneumatic conveying pipe—the hydraulic disorder of the pipe network. Based on the research on performances, influences, external styles and internal causes of the pipe network of wind-power system, it gives solutions to the hydraulic disorder.The following part of paper establishes mathematical model for operating condition of pipe network of wind-power system with reference to relevant theorems and laws of fluid network and network graph theory and makes analysis to the wind-power system with it.
