That's why we actualized spot check on downtown around Yangtze Delta. And we found over 90% rivers there are facing eutrophication, most water quality is worse than sort V of national level. The rivers are all seriously polluted.Although there many kinds of measures to deal with eutrophicated water, but most are expensive. So we have to find a way economical and useful to fix the numerous polluted rivers. Here we did research on different compounding of three kinds of carriers two kinds of floating island in manmade floating island, and watched the purge effects to find the best way. The result shows that:1) Over 90% rivers checked in Yangtze Delta are facing eutrophication problem.2) The downtowns surround large cities of bloom economy and high populace are showing high N, P, especially in summer because of outpouring pollutant from village companies, or agriculture output agricultural area , with N, P varied by seasons.3) The tests show that the way is successful by floating load and carrier in controlling allochthonous contamination, and the water at last reach the safe level.
