Compound microorganism technology is a newly pollution control technology developed in recent years. It is considered to be one very promising water pollution control technology because of its simple craft, small destroy to location, fast, thoroughly degrading, less secondary pollution, etc. The change of microorganism and enzyme active in the range of time and space in the constructed wetlands were studied in this thesis. Pollutant transform to be enhanced and water environmental quality to be improved by adding compound microorganism and enzyme product to the system of reed constructed wetlands were studied in this thesis.Based on the lab scale research, compound microorganism product including microorganism and enzyme product and Bio-Energizer? were acclimated with polluted water from Suzhou creek. After applied to field scale study in reed constructed wetlands nearly 2 years, the main conclusions are drawn as followings:(1) The results of lab scale showed that saled microorganism and enzyme products and Bio-Energizer? could promote transformation of pollutant to Suzhou creek. Especially in the continuous test, the removal rates to COD and NH3-N can reach 40-50%, and 70% of turbidity in the lab scale system. The removal rate of experiment unit is higher than that of control one. Meanwhile, the results of batch test show that the indigenous microorganism in the river played the important role under the appropriate condition.(2) Compound microorganism product which was acclimated by polluted water from Shuzhou creek for 3 weeks could promote the transformation of total organic Nigent (TON) and NH3-N. The best transformation rate of NH3-N is 88.4% after 36h, which is two times than the other microorganism products. The examination of compound microorganism show that species and diversity of compound microorganism product are more than those microorganism products, which validated the method of acclimation is effective.(3) Microorganism quantity and enzyme activities showed obvious seasonal changes in reed wetland. There are many differences of the amount and composition of microorganism in water and sediment between influent and effluent. Generally speaking, the amount of microorganism and enzyme activities are lower in winter than in summer, amount of heterotrophic bacterial is higher and nitrifying bacteria is lower in inlet than that of outlet.
