Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor (MBBR) is a kind of efficient sewage disposal technology, which is developed based on the actived sludge process. The crucial technology of MBBR is to develop and exploit new kind of carriers which can provide habitat to accrete and grow for microorganism in the aeration tank. The performance of carriers affect directly disposal efficiency and capital costs.In this paper, two kinds of microporous elastomer were prepared, one is microporous EVA granule carrier and the other is microporous PVF block carrier. The optimum processing conditions and recipe of microporous EVA granules as follows, extrusion temperature is 185℃, mass percent of cross-linking agent DCP is 1%, which of foaming agent AC is 1.5%.
