Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell Bipolar Plate is the major part of Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell, and the capability of bond decides the bipolar plate's one. The relation between the choice of the raw materials, different kinds of polymerization conditions, mixing methods and the characters of Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell Bipolar Plat have been researched in this article.First, different types of graphite being chosen as raw materials are pressed into dipolar plate, which was analyzed and compared. The characters of PF resin mixed with 325 item graphite, or 1000 item graphite or patch graphite were studied, and the reasons of character difference were analyzed by testing volume conductance and bend intension. And the result shows that the less particle size is good for improving characters of dipolar plate made by PF resin.Second, ReC13 being chosen as raw materials are pressed into dipolar plate, which was analyzed and compared.
