Ethylene is one of the greatest products in the petrochemical industry, and the yield of ethylene indicates the level of the development of the petrochemical industry in a country. The benefits of the whole petrochemical industry are determined by the scales, costs, stability of manufactures and the quality of this product, so the ethylene equipments become the most important part of the producing process.Ethylene is mostly produced by the pyrolysis of the petroleum alkyl. And the ethylene cracking furnaces are the primary equipments of the petrochemical industry, for example, about 65 percent of gross weight of the three olefins (ethylene, propylene and 1,3-butadiene) and the three aromatics (benzene, toluene and dimethylbenzene) is produced by the ethylene equipments. Therefore, the modeling of the ethylene pyrolysis process is important to the petrochemical industry. Consummating and applying the technique not only have practical significances but also can fetch the economical benefits.
