Study Of HDPE Barrier Composite Material By Blending Extrude Method

In recent years, polymer and barrier material has been one of important objects in packaging industry and automobile industry. It is very important to study barrier material in polymer field. In this paper,the morphology and barrier property of HDPE/EVOH and HDPE/PA blending system was studied.In the study of barrier material, the excellent suitable compatibility was adapted to prepare barrier material by single screw extruder. The morphology of HDPE/EVOH and HDPE/PA blending was observed by SEM, and the method of absorbing oil measured the absorbing oil rate of the blending. The barrier property was characterized by method of absorbing oil rate. The result showed that the laminar structure came into being in the blend of HDPE/EVOH and barrier property of the blends was improved specially when the screw speed is 24rpm, temperature is 220℃...
