With the development of China economic, the falsification resistant technology has become more and more important in our daily life now. In order to prepare infrared stealth falsification resistant ink, the followed studies were carried out in detail. Firstly, the technique of preparation of nano-ZrO2, which was used as nanometer luminescent material for falsification resistant ink, was studied. The effects of many factors on size of nano-ZrO2 were investigated. Secondly, the effects of the kind and dosage of rare earth on luminescence property was also researched in detail. The emission light of the ZrO2 /Er3+/Yb3+nano particles could easily be seen with naked eyes when exposured under the infrared ray. Finally, More properties of ZrO2 /Er3+/Yb3+ nanometer particles in traditional printing inks was studied; the effects of the account of ZrO2 /Er3+/Yb3+ nanometer particles on color, gloss, fineness, viscosity, initial dryness, adhesion, tinctorial strength and block resistance of ink were also studied.
