Amphiphilic diblock copolymer was synthesized by the monomers of methoxy polyethylene glycol(MePEG), 1,6-hexanediol and maleic anhydride in polycondensation using one-step and two-step methods. For one-step method, firstly, polyester containing carbon-carbon double bonds with properity moleculer weight were polymerized by the monomers of maleic anhydride and 1,6-hexanediol with toluene as solvent and p-Toluenesulfonic acid momohydrate as the catalyst, secondly, the polyester which was polymerized with acetic acid which extended 60% in mole number was actived by reaction with sulforous, at last, the amphiphilic diblock copolymer with carbon-carbon double bond was gained by the condensation polymerization of PEG(the high molecular weight monomer)and the polyester. For two-step method, solution polycondensation, melt polycondensation, mode of adding monomers and reaction time were studied on effect of molecular weight and its distribution.
