| Ni-nano-TiO2 electrodeposited coating was prepared by means of electrocodeposition in the nickel plating solution with nano-TiO2. The influence of composition of solution, surfactant and experiment parameters on the properties and surface morphology of composite coating was studied. X-ray diffraction(XRD) and metalloscope were used to analyze the composition, structure and surface morphology of the composite coating.The optimized plating solution composition was summarized as follows: NiSO4·7H2O 240g·L-1, MCl2·6H2O 40g·L-1, H3BO3 40g·L-1, brightener 0.050.1g·L-1, nano-TiO2 24g·L-1, pH 3.5 4.5. And the optimized technique condition was as the following: cationic surfactant, cathode current density 2.03.0A·dm-2, stir speed 675r·min-1, plating temperature 3055℃, plating duration 23h, ultrasonic dispersion. The composite coating prepared with the above condition has high hardness, bright surface and good binding with the substrate.The experiment results showed that the composite coating prepared with cationic surfactant and ultrasonic dispersion has relative good properties.
