The research of the thesis can be divided into four parts: 1. The influence of NaSiO3 concentration, reaction temperature, aging time, and glycol for the reaction system were studied. A preparation technology was assured. The NaSiO3 concentration was controlled at 5%, the reaction temperature for "crystal seed" was limited at 40 ℃ and nano-SiO2 was 80 ℃. The final pH value was limited around 7, and aging time was 1h. We found that the physical mechanical properties of the home made nano-SiO2/SSBR were better than the market nano-SiO2/SSBR. 2. The results showed that the silanol groups on the surface of SiO2 reacted with the alkoxyl group of silicane coupling agents at 8590℃. The peak area of hydroxyl of SiO2 and nano-SiO2 modified (MSiO2) in FTIR spectrum was quantitatively determined, and so the specific content of hydroxyl on the surface of SiO2 was obtained. By the way of observing TEM photograph the dispersion of MSiO2 in Sn-SSBR was markedly improved.
