The paper introduces the sources,hazardnesses and the domestic pollution condition of SO2 at present, simultaneously,analyzes the development and advantages and disadvantages of domestic and foreign flue gas desulfurization (FGD) techniques in detail.The result of analysis proved the method of wet FGD is dominated in FGD techniques,and it is advocated with emphasis as a desulfurization method of introduced overseas technology and manufactured domestically in China because of the matured technique,widely adaptability and high efficiency of desulfurization. But some main problems, such as scaling and jam, cauterization,dealing with waste liquid,etc. existing in wet FGD have affected the reliability, security and economy of the operation system.At present domestic and foreign method to solve the scaling problem is to rebuild the desulfurization system structure,but the result is not ideal.According to China's economic condition, rebuilding various desulfurization system structures completely is not actual at present.So,Seeking simple and economic methods to solve the scaling and jam problem of the aqueous method desulphurization technology is still a key link in improving the aqueous method desulphurization technology.Anti-scaling additives have some inhibition to material crystal,which need little dosage and hasn't secondary pollution during the inhibiting effect.So, based on the latest research findings on anti-scaling in both domestic and abroad,anti-scaling additives applied to the wet FGD not only can greatly relief the scaling of wet FGD system,but also correspond to environmental and industrial applications demand. In this dissertation, firstly, detailed analysis types of scaling and mechanism of scaling formation in wet FGD system and anti-scaling mechanism of some inorganic and organic anti-scaling additives. According to the result of analysis, anti-scaling additives were experimentally selected .The selected effective additives were further tested in detail and the enhancement mechanism was analyze theoretically.The result of selected experiments demonstrated that inorganic anti-scaling additives of 0.1% MgSO4 and organic anti-scaling additives of 2g/L HAS have well buffer effect for in pH 5.2-6.5 of limestone solution, organic anti-scaling additives of 2g/L HAS and organic anti-scaling additives of 0.75g/L EDTA have well buffer effect for in pH 6.5-7.5 of lime solution.Simultaneity,experiments also proved the...
