Having been conducted a thorough study on a great deal of references and existing techniques developed and studied in the world, a whole and systematical research on the system of load series resonant compressed oxygen type ozonier generator had been developed, including a few key techniques. The main achievements obtained by this dissertation are:Firstly, State-space description was managed to research the time-domain electric waveforms of the series resonant type phase-shift PWM control power supply under the power-supply mode and the circumfluent mode, and the expressions of main electric parameters were obtained for the two different conditions. The uniform description of the power supply model was theorized. The phase-shift control properties of the power supply was also developed and studied. Finally, the simulation model was constructed utilizing the tool of Matlab, and the simulating results had confirmed the effectiveness and suitabilities of the theories and design methods developed.Secondly, based on the detail analysis of the working process of the ozonizer equipment, the general control strategy of the equipment were proposed, and the control system of the compressed oxygen type ozonizer equipment based on ARM. The control system has the ability to realize date backup, reading the history date by the USB interface, and the industrial long-distance control by the CAN bus interface.Thirdly, the mocrocomputer control system for the high-power oxygen machine was brought forward and designed. The software and hardwares of control system were expounded in detail.Fourthly, a novel phase-shifted PWM control of digital power supply of ozonizer was proposed and designed. The frequency tracing technique of the load current ensured that the power supply of ozonizer worked in the approximate resonance status. The PWM Controller of LPC2129 was used to realize the phase-shifted PWM control technique and the automatic modulation of death area time, which used to complete the power adjustment of the ozonizer, and to make the IGBT devices work in ZVS and ZCS.Fifthly, a realizing method of double orders active filter used to filter the load current was put forward, which was developed utilizing in-system programmable...
