With the development of industries, such as electronics, metallurgy, chemical engineering, petroleum et al, the deoxidant is wide applied in the industry, and the same time, put forward higher request for the deoxidant in operation temperature, deoxidizing temperature, deoxidizing capacity, deoxidizing efficiency et al. As a result, develop the new high-efficient non-noble metal deoxidant to become the urgent matter at the moment. The deoxidant property has a closely relation with the active component and carrier. This thesis take γ-Al2O3, montmorillonite and Al-PILM get by synthesizing the montmorillonite as the carrier of the deoxidant, and chose the Ni, Mn, Cu and Co transition metal element as the active component, get the high-efficient deoxidant, these aspects has seldom report in the domestic and overseas.γ-Al2O3 was prepared by precipitation and Ni/γ-Al2O3 deoxidant was got by impregnation, XRD was used to study the structure of γ-Al2O3 and Ni/γ-Al2O3, DTA was used to study their dehydration, and carried on property test for deoxidant, as a conclusion Ni/γ-Al2O3 deoxidizing capacity is 15ml/g and deoxidizing efficiency is 1.5 × 10-6(v/v).The polymerization of [Al13O4(OH)24(H2O)12]7+ was made by solution of 0.25 mol/L AlCl3 reacted with 1.0 mol/L NaOH , and it was used as a intercalating species got into the crystal layer of montmorillonite at the certain craft condition. The optimal craft condition of Al/PILM was got by a lot of experiment, such as ratio OH- with Al3+, intercalating temperature, reaction temperature was, calcine temperature, calcine time. XRD was used to study the structure of Al-PILM, IR was used to study function group and SEM was used to study the surface ananlysis of Al-PILM, XRFS was used to study element of Al-PILM.
