Through analyzing the current status of the domestic CNC machine, the paper describes the necessity of establishing scientific CNC machine status evaluation system, and elaborates that the research and establishment of scientific CNC machine status evaluation system, on one hand, can provide basis for scientific and standardized management of CNC machine in the company and improve the CNC machine management level and efficiency, and on the other hand, will facilitate the government for instructing and supervising the company in the NC machine management and provide basis for decision-making on macro management of NC machines. The paper also describes the significance of the refit of CNC machine in economic, maintainability and functions aspects, and the significance of NC machine status evaluating system and NC machine refit to the production and management of Harbin Aviation Industry Co. (Group), LTD.There are no mature and uniform technique can be used to evaluate the CNC equipment. So this paper sets up a method of assessing CNC machine by using fuzzy mathematics principle. The current status of CNC machine in Harbin Aviation Industry Co. (Group), LTD.--A big and medium state-owned enterprise is taken as an example to be assessed and the work of refit is fixed on. A CNC machine status evaluating software has been developed by using Visual Basic.The paper elaborates the strategy of NC machine refit in 8 aspects, analyzes the selection of NC system by comparing the four types of domestic and foreign NC system.
